Richard Duane Reede

Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Danny Lanier officiating. Mr. Reede passed away Saturday in St. Dominic

Hospital in Jackson. He was a native of Oregon, US Navy veteran and a soft spoken and gentle spirit.

He loved all of his family and grandchildren.

His hobbies were target shooting and dirt track races at Whynot.

Survivors include his wife Ethel McPheeters Reede of Meridian, children Angela Daniels and husband

Dale of Madison.

Lisa Covington and husband Ken of Meridian, Duane Reede and wife Susan of Bailey, Rick

Reede and wife Amy of Meridian, grandchildren Tony Reede of Bailey, Alexa Covington, Nicole

Covington and Austin Reede all of Meridian, sisters Tana Jensen of Aumsville, OR, Kim Poindexter

of Keizer, OR, Julie Reede of NC, and brother Terry Reede of Portland, OR. He was preceded in death

by his daughter Theresa Reede, grandson Gregory Berden Daniels, brother Bill Reede and father and

mother in law Rev. W.A. and Irene McPheeters. Visitation will begin at 4pm Tuesday at the funeral

home.
