Beverly Ann Mize Hamilton, age 49, passed away peacefully in Merritt Island, FL on February 12, 2011 from lung cancer. Born to Harold C. and Glenda S. Mize on January 21, 1962 in Cape Girardeau, MO.
Beverly attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO and received a Bachelor Degree of Science in Occupational Therapy, graduating Valedictorian of her class. She was a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists, National Board of American Occupational Therapists, the American Occupational Therapy Association and Board of Medical Examiners.
Her death was preceded by her father and brother-in-law. She is survived by her mother, sister, Debra; son, Garrett; daughter, Natalie, husband, Russ; and nephew, Matthew Wemple.
As requested by Beverly, there will be no memorial service, she will be cremated and her remains will be buried in Golconda, IL
In lieu of flowers, she requested donations be made to Hospice of St. Francis in Titusville, FL.
