Clifton Shawn Clark, 33, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Shawn was born April 8, 1978 in Brunswick, Georgia and has been a lifelong resident of Brevard County.

He was very a creative, funny, free-spirited person who enjoyed designing and constructing projects for his family and friends to enjoy. He also loved being in the water, surfing, fishing, and jet skiing. Shawn will be missed dearly and his family is taking comfort in knowing he is saved and now with the Lord. He was a member of Club Zion Church.

Shawn is survived by his loving parents, Lloyd and Sharon Clark; his sisters, Stephanie O'Neal and Shana Morgan; grandparents, Chester and Irene Crumb; nephews, Trevor, Tyler, Cameron, Kyle; and nieces, Sydney, Makayla, and Chelsea; aunts, Crystal Sapp, Juanita Poston and Joan Harris; uncles, Jimmy Poston, John Harris, Mark Sapp; and numerous cousins; and his fiance and other half of his heart, Montise Tyler and her sons, Lawson and Nolan.

Calling hours will be Monday evening, December 12, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home on Merritt Island.

Memorial service will be held at Club Zion Church, 8th Street Cocoa Beach on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 11:00 am. Follwing the service there will be a paddle out in his honor.
