Rena M. Williamson

Rena was born and raised in Phoenix, New York. She was the youngest of 8 siblings. After high school she attended Central City Business Institute in Syracuse, NY and in 1956, married her high school sweetheart, Duane Williamson. They first moved to Merritt Island in 1958, then traveled around a bit before returning permanently in 1966.

She was a devoted Mother and in 1974 began her career with Jet Propulsion Laboratories at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Once retired she enjoyed volunteering at Grace United Methodist Church and in the community with Beta Sigma Phi and others. She was a dear friend to many & enjoyed life to the fullest.

Rena is survived by her Sister, Marian Candee.

Children: Steven R. Williamson, Lisa Williamson Shultz (George), & Jay Williamson (Shelly)

Grandchildren: Steven T. Williamson, Matthew Shultz, (Jamie), Michael Williamson, (Kristina), Scott Shultz, Marissa Williamson & Brandon Williamson

Great Grandchildren: Eric Williamson, Kaia Williamson & George S. Shultz. Many nieces and nephews whom she was close.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Duane (Dewey) Williamson, Brothers: Charles Farnham, Robert Farnham, Ralph Farnham, Lynn Farnham, Don Farnham & Seward Farnham.
