Sheila Jean Tate was born on December 25, 1952, in Eagle Lake, Florida to Tony Rivers and Yvonne Pittman. She peacefully went to be with the Lord on September 9, 2021. She was 68 and taken from us to soon. She was born on Christmas day and was truly a blessing to our family. The Lord gave us an Angel on the birth of his son and chose to bring his Angel home again.
She was a loving “Momma” to a son, 2 Daughters and a “Nana” to 4 grandchildren. Her sweet southern charm, and loving heart was shared with all of us. She will truly be missed.

If Roses Grow in Heaven

If roses grow in heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my Mother’s arms
and tell her they’re from me.
Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
but there’s an ache within my heart
that will never go away.
