Bethania Gail Lopez of Queen Creek, AZ, passed away on December 4, 2015 at the age of 35. She was born on January 20, 1980 at Mesa Lutheran Hospital in Mesa, AZ to Herman and June [Penner] Machorro. Bethania attended Mesa High School where, in 1995, she met Jose Lopez, who she would eventually be married to on September 3, 2001. Throughout their marriage, they had 5 sons, Hunter, Cody, Garrett, Dakota and Grayson. Bethania enjoyed baking, camping, target shooting and hunting; what brought her the most joy was spending time with her family and doing everything and anything with her children. Bethania was preceded in death by her mother, June Machorro in 2006 and is survived by her loving husband, Jose Lopez; her five sons, her father and stepmother, Herman (Adrian); her brother Herman (Cat) Machorro as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 from 6 – 8 pm with a funeral service on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 3:00pm at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 E. Broadway Rd in Mesa.
