

Charlie, originally from Wesleyville, Pennsylvania, served proudly in the United States Air Force with tours during the Vietnam War, where he met his beloved wife, Su Chen, in Taiwan. He was an avid fisherman, bowler, and metal detector enthusiast. He loved country western music and old war movies. He greatly enjoyed traveling with his wife during his retirement to all parts of the world.
Charlie is preceded by his parents, Howard, Sr., and Bernice, siblings, Howard, Jr., Raymond, William, Robert, Jack, Betty, Genevieve, Helen, and Grace.
Charlie is survived by his loving wife, Su Chen, their daughter, Rose Dees, her husband, Scott and their four children, Joshua, Madison, Hailey and Wyatt. Also survived by their son, Charles, Jr., his wife, Angela and their two children, Alyssa and Charles William. Charlie was one of fourteen siblings and is survived by his sisters, Dorothy Nardo and Mildred Gilkinson, and his brothers, Larry Weaver and George Weaver.
He was always there to help out a friend or family member and always glad to do so. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
