Charron Mable Batmon

Our sweet Charron passed away April 25, 2026 in Mesa, Arizona. She was born on August 25, 1937 in Phoenix where she grew up. She later married Bevel Ray Batmon, and was sealed in the Mesa, AZ temple. She was a wonderful mother to Leland, Charmon, and Joseph. She had a beautiful Soprano voice, and sang in many choirs. She played piano one-handed with great effectiveness. She was a life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She dearly loved the Savior. 

Charron liked to do family history and often volunteered at the Family History Library throughout her life. She was so out-going and nurtured those around her. She was a friend to all she met. She always tried to be positive and cheerful in spite of many challenges she had to endure. Her sweet children always cared for her and blessed her life. In the last years of her life she resided at Desert Blossom Rehabilitation Center. She made many friends there over the years. She loved to be a part of BINGO, and all their holiday activities; she always dressed up and loved to participate. She spent hours coloring and it brought her great joy. She loved to share her creations with others. She is missed and loved by so many. Charron had so much courage to deal with trials life threw at her. She was an example to her many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. 

She is survived by Charmon Puhlmann, her daughter, 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with funeral services to follow from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints: 633 S. Higley Rd., Mesa, AZ. Afterwards there will be a graveside ceremony and interment at the City of Mesa Cemetery.
