

Cindy Lee Morganson passed away on May 16, 2013 at her home in Mesa, Arizona. Born in Marshall, Minnesota to Marvin and Harriet (nee Mickelson) McCoy, Cindy arrived on December 17, 1956. Family was of the utmost importance to Cindy. Her two boys, Taylor and Parker, were the light of her life. Her love for them was unconditional, always being there for them and putting them first in her life. Cindy believed that honesty was an essential quality and shared her belief with all through her everyday actions. Cindy loved hugs, and hers were always so warm and comforting that no one could turn them down. An important lesson she taught those around her was that there is no point in negativity and to always look for the positive. Cindy exuded happiness that showed in her constant smile. Singing brought Cindy so much joy. Whether it was a song, or just a random phrase, she loved to belt out a tune. Treasuring time at the beach, Cindy loved to be near the water hanging out. Rocky Point in Mexico was her favorite destination. Cindy is very loved and will missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her sons, Taylor Morganson, and Parker Morganson, parents Marvin and Harriet McCoy, brothers Kevin McCoy, and Michael McCoy, former husband and friend Patrick Morganson, niece Rachel McCoy, nephew Ryan McCoy, Lynette McCoy, the Gonzales Family, and many extended family and friends. A memorial service honoring Cindy will be held Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care 6747 East Broadway Road Mesa, Arizona 85206 (480)830-4422.
