David Jay Spearman

David Jay Spearman passed away August 16, 2021 surrounded by his family after a short and valiant fight with cancer. He was born in Granada Hills. California on June 2, 1972. He moved to Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science. He was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.

He lived a life focused on his family, friends and the Chicago Bears. His loves in life were spending time with his wife and son doing family things like riding bikes and playing computer games. Also, he loved music, football and coaching his son's team. For over 20 years he was employed at Best Approach Publications where he made many lifelong friendships. His presence will be missed and fondly remembered by many family members, friends and co-workers.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Jeanette, his son and best friend David, his mother Sally Jackson of Gilbert, AZ, his father Jack Spearman of Mariposa, CA, his dear sister Cindy Spearman of Atascadero, CA and his in-laws, Tom and Joan Ptacek.

A Celebration of Life for David will be held Friday, September 3, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 400 South Power Road, Mesa, AZ 85206.
