Doreen was born October 2, 1948, in Brooklyn, New York. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Deirdre and Bennett Furlow, son Brian McAllister, and two grandchildren, Julia and Sean. A lifelong New Yorker, Doreen moved to Arizona in 2015. Doreen, a devout Catholic, was active in her community, organizing daytrips to museums and the theater.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 13 at 2:00pm at the Las Palmas Grand ballroom at 2550 S. Ellsworth Road in Mesa.
