Edna A Bubik

Edna A. Bubik of Mesa, AZ and formerly of Crown Point, IN passed away November 5, 2015. Born March 14, 1932 in Gary, IN to the late James and Julia Farris. Edna was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. Graduated from Froebel High School in 1950, Mercy Nursing School in 1953 and the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL in 1979. She was a retired Registered Nurse. Also preceded in death by her sister, Rose Marie Farris, brother Fred Farris and her husband of 45 years, Robert “Bob” in 2000. Edna was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother to her three children James (Richard) of Scottsdale, AZ, Robert Jr. (Margaret) of Queen Creek, AZ and Barbara (Aaron) Baldea of Peoria, AZ. Three grandchildren Justin (Charity), Tiffani Bubik, and Lacey Baldea (Joseph). One great grandchild Anodyne Bubik, brother George (Jeanine) of Beaumont, TX sisters-in-law Diane Farris of Colorado, Velma “Sis” Schramm and Arlene Bubik of Indiana. Numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Hospice of the Valley. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00am, Monday, November 16, 2015 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 1244 S. Power Rd, Mesa AZ 85206. Private interment.
