Grandma,
Today we had a beautiful service celebrating and remembering you. I’m so happy to know my Grandparents are together again❤️. 
Thank you for everything you have ever done for all of us. You were always kind and very giving. I felt as though we had a special bond and I will always hold that close to my heart. I’m sure everyone feels the same. No words can ever explain how special you are to me. You will always be loved and missed by us all.  I love you so much Grandma.

May you feel God's peace and see signs of His love as you say goodbye today.  My fondest memories will be of my Aunt Elaine and Uncle Hank when our families were together  during holidays in Chicago.  I would love to be able to go back and spend one more Christmas Eve together.  I've only  been to Phoenix once, when I was there on business a few years ago.  I'm so glad I took the time to visit Aunt Elaine at her home at that time.  We even went out to eat at one of her favorite local restaurants.  She will be missed.

Elaine was my grandma. My moms mom. And you know how it is with you moms mom— she’s  your “main grandma”, at least that’s how I felt, because even though she moved to Arizona when I was about 5, I still somehow saw her and my grandpa, Hank, the most. The last time I saw her wasn’t the best, because I was going through a lot and didn’t know how to deal with it, and she showed me that at 85 she could still show this youngin major compassion for the things going on with me. She was the most amazing great grandma (GG) to my daughter, and her other great grandchildren, and my baby just LOVED sitting with her and having “girl talk”, even if there was no talking because grandma was watching MSNBC and my daughter was coloring or something. It still made her feel better to sit by her GG.  This is a hard one for us, even though we know this is the natural progression of things and life just kinda works out this way, unfortunately, but we were definitely hoping we had more time to go out there and see her again. Hold on to your loved ones, everyone. I love you, grandma, we all do.
