Elizabeth Jean Schneider

Born on October 5th, 1934 in Lakewood, Ohio, Elizabeth was the daughter of Edith Mae Brace and Melvin Charles LaMoreaux. She grew up with her beloved younger sister Margaret (Peg) Kirchgessner.

She married Neil James Schneider on May 20, 1952 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. They had four children; Bonny Jean, Mark William, Karla Louise, and Paula Elizabeth. The family moved from Lakewood, Ohio to Phoenix, AZ in 1965. The couple divorced in 1970.

In Phoenix, Elizabeth graduated from nursing school as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1972. She was devoted to others and served for more than ten years. She was a caring mother to her children and worked hard as a single mother. She was known for her deep love of painting, birds, roses and her faith. We are blessed to have many of her paintings to remind us of her love. She was a kind soul that will be remembered by all that knew her.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughters Bonny, Karla and Paula; grandchildren Holly, Rachael, Megan, April, Sarah, Ben, Laura, Matt, Keeley, Bethany, Marisa, Nate and Eliana. She also has many great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Mark William Schneider. She was greeted in Heaven with open arms.

Services will be held on November 15th @ Calvary Chapel.
