Emily Noyes Donn

In loving memory of Emily Noyes Donn, age 91, who passed away on May 16, 2024.

Those left to honor her memory are her children: Nick(Espie), Michael, Bernadette, Robert, Lydia (Steve), Terri, stepdaughter Margo and Stepson Steve. Her sisters: Lucy and Mary.

She will remain in the hearts of her 17 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughters Rosanne and Theresa and stepson Nick. Also preceded in death by first husband Edward Noyes and second husband Fred Donn.

Millie was very devoted to her family. She loved to spend as much time as possible with them. Always making everyone laugh and making them feel special and loved.

She was a dedicated Catholic who prayed and said the rosary daily.

"This week we said goodbye to the best Nana, Mom, Sister, and Friend...but to me she was the best of all those things rolled into one. She was the peacemaker of our family, the master of all puzzles, the "Queen of the Casino"; our real life "Golden Girl" and the smartest lady I will ever know. She was beyond loved and to say she will be missed is an understatement and gut wrenching to even imagine life without her.

But she left this world with almost 92 years of memories and wisdom that will be forever be used to heal our broken hearts."

A devout woman who loved her Catholic faith; a Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Emily's honor on Monday, June 3rd with viewing at 10:20 am and the Mass will follow at Christ the King Catholic Church, 1551 East Dana Avenue, Mesa, AZ 85204. Burial services are immediately following at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 North 48th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
