

Eunice Marie (Goyette) Moore passed away in Gilbert, AZ on February 22, 2018. Born to Elmer and Marie (Crosser) Goyette on November 22, 1923 in Spencer, IA. She graduated from Spencer High School, and in March 1945 married Robert Paul Moore of Fort Dodge, IA. The settled in Fort Dodge, where Eunice received a cosmetology license, and set up a small beauty shop at her home.
IN 1962 the family moved to Scottsdale, AZ. Eunice was hired as a beauty instructor at a local school of cosmetology, where she enjoyed a long career. Eunice and her husband retired in 1986 and moved to the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, AZ. In 2014, they moved to an assisted living facility in Mesa, AZ.
Eunice was active throughout her life in a variety of activities. She was an exceptional baker and china painter and won numerous blue ribbon awards for both at the Arizona State Fair. Eunice always enjoyed music, and was an accomplished tap dancer. Upon retirement, she was a member of the "Tukee Tappers" dance troupe.
Throughout her adult life, Eunice was active in her church. In Dt. Dodge she often assisted the nuns of the Sacred Heart convent and was an active member and volunteer at St. Daniels Parish, Scottsdale and Corpus Christie, Ahwatukee where she was a Eucharistic Minister.
Eunice was preceded in death by her husband Bob and son Michael. She is survived by three sons; Robert J. and Lois (Krzeminski) Moore of Port Washington, WI, Daniel G. and Jana (Mussemann) of Parker, CO, and Paul A. and Sandi (Schwab) of Gilbert, AZ.
No services are planned in Arizona. Burial services will be at Corpus Christi Cemetery in Fort Dodge, Iowa at a date yet to be determined.
