Gerry Anne Milner

It is with great sadness in announcing the unexpected passing of Gerry Anne Milner on October 6, 2014 in Mesa, AZ at the age of 74. She was born on December 1, 1939 in the Province of Quebec, Montreal, Canada. Gerry was preceded in death by her parents, Rena and Frederick Milner, and stepfather, Ernest Austin. Gerry was an amazing, hardworking, and independent woman, spending much of her time at work, with family and remodeling her new mobile home. She currently worked as a PBX Switchboard Operator at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, and previously at Disneyland for many years. During that time, she acquired many new friends and people she spoke highly of quite often. Through all of her hard work, Gerry always made sure that she was able to be there for her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed visiting her daughter and grandchildren in California and was planning a trip there this year for thanksgiving, and in December for her grandson’s graduation from college. She was currently in the process of fixing up her new mobile home and was very proud of what she was able to accomplish. Gerry is survived by her daughters Christina Smith, Cindy and her husband John Allard; brother, Brian and his wife Margie Milner as well as her four grandchildren: Jacob, Garrett, Connor and Gabriel.
