Gil F. Zepeda passed away on September 7, 2024, he was 93. Gil was born on December 19 1930 in National City, CA to his parents Maria and Pablo Zepeda.
After high school Gil went on to study refrigeration and drafting at Trade Tech in Los Angeles. He later started working at Hussmann refrigeration for many years as head of the design and drafting department and later worked in the sales department. He later took an early retirement and then worked for gourmet grocer Gelson’s Markets for 14 years and retired at the age of 70.
He was a beloved son and brother. He was preceded by 7 siblings. With his passing he has one brother remaining, Pablo Zepeda. He leaves behind his loving wife Diane, his 6 daughters, Karen, Kathy, Koreen, Kim, Nicole, and Michelle, 5 sons in law, 10 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews and friends.
He will always be remembered for his infectious laugh, warm smile and outgoing personality. He will never be forgotten. He will forever be in our hearts.
