Ilo I. Heggen, 95, of Mesa Arizona, passed away March 31, 2011. Ilo was born in Carlisle, Iowa, was a 60 year resident of Arizona. Ilo was a retired Restaurant Manager. She is survived by her daughters; Pam Heggen of Talequah, Oklahoma and Nancy Madden of Gilbert, Arizona. There will be a Memorial Service, Monday April 4th, 1:00 p.m. at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel 6747 East Broadway Road, Mesa, Arizona.
