His heart forever lived in Michigan, he spent his adolescence in Iowa and found his home in Arizona.
A devout Catholic, a devoted father and grandfather, and good friend to many, Jeff was often described as generous and being “very enthusiastic.”
Working his way up from the box pile he found a passion in the aerospace industry working for Garret, Allied Signal, Honeywell, and most recently Orbital Sciences/Northrop Grumman in Chandler. Jeff was especially proud of his many teams and positions during his more than 20 years with Orbital Sciences and Northrop Grumman.
Jeff also felt very honored to sing choir and teach Catechism at Our Lady of Sorrows in Phoenix. He will famously be remembered for: his many adventures with his 1966 Cadillac, his fanaticism for the Michigan Wolverines football team and the Detroit Redwings, and his love of chess and the arts. An accomplished artist himself, some of Jeff’s most notable works were selected for Phoenix’s Matsuri Festival for several years running.
Jeff is preceded in death by his father Paul. He is survived by his mother, Carol; his brother John (Jennifer), and his sisters Ann (Ron) Freeze and Amy (Ron) Snyder; his two sons Aaron (Jill) and Alexander (Elizabeth); his three grandsons Paul, Ignatius, and Jude.
