Jesus T Ramirez

Jesus Ramirez Tapia, 82, passed away on February 11, 2025, in Mesa, Arizona.

Born on March 1, 1942, in Tierras Blancas, Michoacán, Mexico, Jesus dedicated his life to hard work and family. He spent much of his career as an agriculture foreman on a strawberry farm in Watsonville, California, where his diligence and commitment were evident to all who worked alongside him. His deep connection to the land extended beyond his profession—in Arizona, he found great joy in gardening and tending to his chickens, a pastime that brought him peace and fulfillment.

A humble and hardworking man, Jesus valued family above all else. In 2014, he moved from California to Arizona to live with his son Fernando and his family. This transition allowed him to be present for the births of four of his great-grandchildren, a blessing that brought him immense happiness.

Jesus is survived by his wife, Maria Elena, four sons and two daughters, as well as nineteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

His legacy of perseverance and love will continue through the generations he leaves behind. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.

A committal service for Jesus will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Green Acres Cemetery, 401 Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
