Joseph J. Ereth, age 92, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2013. Born in Bergfield, Sask, Canada moved to Arizona from Montana in 1954. Joseph was the beloved husband of the late Marion (nee Robertson). Devoted father of eight children: Karen (Dean) Piercy, Janice (John), Donna (Floyd) Meyer, Robert (Diann), deceased son (Thomas), Roxanne, Lorraine (the late Tom) Bergman, and David (Martha). Grandfather to Wendy Flynn, Steven, and Janice Piercy; Christine Palma, Trevor Meyer and Stacey Sajonia; Tina McDowell and Krystal Ereth; Justin and Christopher Henderson; Eric and Dana Bergman. Great grandfather to twenty grandchildren. He will remain in our memories as a super father, the best barber in town, the consummate realtor salesperson who won “countless” awards both in Phoenix and statewide, and a supportive caregiver who always had a perfectly maintained home and yard. We know he is finally happy again as he joins our mother in playing cards. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 28, 2013 at The Church of Our Lady of the Angels at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E. Lincoln Dr., Scottsdale, Arizona.
