Judi was born in Fall River, Massachusetts, on January 15, 1956, the second child of Robert and Norma Blanchard. She spent her early childhood in Fall River before the family moved to Phoenix in 1967. She attended Maryvale High School and later graduated from Trevor Browne High School.
After graduation, Judi began a dedicated career in the Title and Escrow industry. In 1975, she married the love of her life, Jim, and in 1983, they moved to Lakeside, Arizona, where they built a beautiful life together over the next four decades. Judi spent several years serving her community in the medical field, working for Navapache Hospital and various local doctors' offices, before returning to the title industry with Lawyers Title, from which she retired in 2022.
Known for her vibrant spirit and infectious personality, Judi was a woman of many talents. She shared her love of music by playing the piano and directing the choir at the Community Presbyterian Church in Pinetop. She also had a passion for travel, particularly to Hawaii, where she and Jim recently celebrated their milestone 50th wedding anniversary.
Judi’s greatest legacy is her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jim; her sister, Jeannine; and two brothers, Tom and Bob. She was a loving mother to her daughters, Jennifer and Tina, and her son, James Robert. Her memory will be cherished by her grandsons, Taliesin and Bryce; her granddaughters, Sophia, Cerridwyn, Marissa, and Lauren; and her two great-great-granddaughters, Paisley and Lainey.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Community Presbyterian Church, 1940 S. Penrod Ln, Pinetop, AZ.
