Keith J. Askeland, 70, of Mesa, AZ, passed away on March 3, 2025. He was born October 23, 1954 in Estherville, Iowa. Keith passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family after courageously battling a long illness.
Keith was an adoring husband and loving father and grandfather. A longtime sports fan, he enjoyed watching baseball as well as coaching his children in their youth. Survivors include his wife, Linda; daughters Angela (Patrick) Hemstedt and Amanda Askeland, sons Adam (Lacey) Askeland, Aaron Askeland, and Alex Askeland; sister Sherry Askeland; brothers, Kenneth Askeland, Dennis Askeland; and 4 grandchildren Ian, Ariana, Lukas, and Isaac. He was predeceased by his brother Danny Askeland.
