Larry Bruce Magee

Larry is preceded in death by his father (Maurice) and siblings (Patty, Kenny, and Denny).

His interests in his high school days were all sports including running, basketball, and football. He was an Army Sergeant in the US Army and was awarded an outstanding achievement for the military units.

He married Ruth Pushee on September 20, 1958 in Zion, Illinois. They lived in Winthrop Harbor, IL for many years as Larry worked as a civil engineer for Goodyear Tire and Rubber. Then, in 1970, the family transferred to Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

In 1976, the family moved to Glendale, Arizona, where he worked in advertising and real estate.

He is survived by Ruth Magee, his 3 children -- Teri Raymond of Fountain Hills, AZ, Scott (Marcy) of Overgaard, AZ, Tami Anderson (Ron) of Midwest City, OK, 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

He especially loved the Phoenix Suns, golfing, and woodworking. In his later years, he enjoyed painting pictures for family and friends, playing billiards, golf, and spending time with family and especially all of his grandchildren.
