Nicole was born on May 20, 1991, and raised in Simi Valley, California, spent her high school years in Oceanside, California and resided in Mesa, Arizona for the past 12 years.
Nicole’s greatest joy in life was her children Deagan Powell (15) and Bella Steck (13). Spending time with them and being active in their sports and school activities was daily life and she adored it. Nicole never met a stranger. If you crossed her path, you became instant friends! She just had that “light” inside. To say she will be missed, simply isn’t a strong enough statement. We love you so very deeply Coco and we always will.
Nicole is survived by her son Deagan Powell, daughter Bella Steck, mother Laura Powell, father Dennis Powell, stepfather Rodger Freeman, sister Heather Powell, brother-in-law James Ziler, nephew Jameson Ziler, grandmother Judith Ball as well as aunts, uncles and many cousins. She is preceded in death by her brother Denny Powell, sister Amber Powell, aunt Sara Wells, cousin Jalecia Wells and grandfather Robert Wells.
