13 years, Mom.   I still can't believe you're gone.  I feel like you are just in Arizona, and I'm afraid to call you because I know in my heart you won't be able to answer.  I still have your phone number in my heart, and it will remain with me until the day I start my journey to be with you again.  I Love You so incredibly, and I pray I could've done more and allowed you to be happier than you were.  I hope you hear me when I talk to the clouds because you are with me every single day.  I Love You Mom with every part me, and I pray that I am half the Mom to my kids as you were to me.

Mom, the date every May is here again, the 19th... it's 8 years you've been in heaven.. I wonder about so many things and have so many questions. I miss you so much mother and long to see and talk with you in dreams.  You always made me feel loved and that I could accomplish anything in life.  Unconditional love is rare to find and trusting is even more impossible  Being older now life isn't what I thought it would turn out to be for me.  Love, faith and family are so important to me and there are days that life  brings more than  one wants to handle .. I'm trying mom, to be strong, to keep steadfast, and trust God.  It's very hard to make lemonade out of the lemons  but if Hallmark makes it happen with every one of their movies I will write my happy ending whatever path I'm moving towards. Remembering you tomorrow by planting one of your favorite flowers .. Pansies from seedlings. I hope to grow them and put in a planter on the front porch table you once sat at everyday.. Thank you mom for teaching me to be a good human, to do the right  thing.. It's sad what is happening in our world today and you would be glad you aren't here to see it and endure it all...government to the people, people to people, and key roles in our society and even within families are no longer trustworthy.   I'm sure all in heaven is wonderful and I know we will see one another some glad morning when I fly away....I'll fly away... I love you mother.

Hey grandma. Just thinking about you lately. We're all doing fine. We just had thanksgiving, it wasnt the same without you, but we had fun haha. And i gave my mom a special gift, i kinda shot out the back arcaidia door with the gun Cousin Anthony gave us.As you can imagine my mom was not happy about that. I was thinking of you today.  Everyone is telling me how your oldest granddaughter, Jalesa, is growing up to look just like her grandmother.  I feel so much pride when I hear them say that.  You are missed so much.  Ciara started kindergarten this year, and we just got her portraits back, and the first thing I wanted to do was go pick out the "perfect" frame, as you would say, to place her picture in and send to you.  We talk about you all the time in the house.  I want to make sure you stay fresh in your grandchildren's minds so as they grow older and have more of  your great grandchildren, they call tell them just how amazingly loving you were.  I share you heart mom, you and I had a bond that was truly connecting.

Dear Grandma,
I really dont know where to begin my wonderful thoughts of you. But i can try.....

Grandma you really were my best friend. Ever since i was little my first memory of you was when we went to Arkansas. That was one of the best memories of my life.(Well besides you feeding me the red frosting). But it really was an enjoying time. I remember us going swimming with grandpa and grandpa taught us to put a hook on the line. So when i first tried i got it stuck in my pinky, it hurt very much. Haha but i didn't tell grandpa or you cause i was sared of getting in trouble cause i didn't do it right. And i remember when i sent my "Flat Stanley" thingy to you and grandpa in Arkansas. You guys went to the races and had a joyous time. I liked it alot when you sent him back and also packed a summer sausage with him. The sausage was the best. But, i think the best memory i have with you grandma was when we went to the races. That was the BEST day of my life. You got me the fried Indian bread and we went to the 5th to top row of the wooden bleachers and sat down and watched the race. Haha remember when we bet on which car was gonna blow up first. I think grandpa predicted it right haha. It was number 99 if i remember correctly. But i had to say that was my favorite memory of us because it was just YOU,ME and GRANDPA. No one else. There are a lot more memories i can rant on about but it'll take me like 5 days to finish haha. Well all i can really say right now grandma is I LOVE YOU (ALWAYS HAVE AND ALWAYS WILL) AND I CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU IN HEAVEN.

Dear Mom,
I dont know where to start...

We shared so much together. From when I was your little girl going to see Santa and buying every earring we seen to coming over to my house as an adult and spending time with your grandchildren.. 
You know I have worked so hard at raising my children to grow up with the morals and standards that you taught me growing up. It always meant the world to me when you would tell me how proud you are of Alex, Marcus and Steven!  Every decision I make I will always think "What Would Mom Do?" I know that I could never be as strong as I am being a mother without you showing me what the real meaning of being strong for your family really means..
I miss our phone calls and our trips to wal-mart together trying to find just the right "gooshy"..  I thought for sure you were going to crash into something in that go-cart but shockingly you never did! :)  These memories plus ALOT more will stay with me forever in my heart..  

I am grateful that you are not suffering anymore and relaxing for the first time now in God's heaven pain free..  I feel safe everyday knowing that you are watching over me and the boys.  I will think of you everyday until I see you again!

Mom,

You are the perfect Mom.  I LOVE YOU so much and miss you even more.  You taught me how to survive, to rely on myself, and to never let anyone tell me I can't do something.  I would've never made it through the hard times had I not learned from you what the true definition of what a MOTHER was. I may have lived my life here on the East Coast, away from the family, but Mom, you were in my heart every single day and our conversations were the highlight of my days. I pray that you know how much I LOVE YOU.  Everyone said I was your twin Mom, and I pray I have been as good of a mother to my own children as you were to me.  The chidren and I will miss your "HI DEE'AHHH" in your Maine accent, we all loved to hear you say that.

You're without pain now, and for the first time in your life, you are at peace.  I will see you every day in the faces of my own children.  Watch over all of us from above, and know you walk with me in my heart every day.

Mother, I miss you and our morning time.  Every morning when I came downstairs for work you were waiting to sit and talk, give me a fashion consult or remind me to take my cell phone.  I've already forgotten my cell phone yesterday, so I'm lost with out you ! I do find comfort knowing you are at peace in heaven and no longer suffering.  You were my role model to be a Godly woman, dedicated wife, and devoted mother.
