Richard David Boulden, 61, of Mesa, AZ, passed away suddenly on July 28, 2013. He is survived by his wife Janice, daughters Holly and Carly, grandsons Rickie and Austin, mother Betty, and two brothers William and Robert. A Memorial Reception will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Mariposa Gardens Reception room, 400 S. Power Road, Mesa, AZ. A Memorial service and Interment will take place in his hometown of Lenox, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, www.ADA.org.
