Bob is survived by his two sons Justin Solsvig (Karen) and Hunter Schaar (Tiffani Bassler and Rocky) and Linda Schaar his ex-wife and dearest and loving friend of 36 years. Bob had nine older siblings Orville Jr. (Gloria), June, Roger, Peggy (Sheldon), Mary (Rob), Debbie (Wally), Bonnie, Susan, Louis (Mary), and many nieces and nephews. He’s preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Marcella Schaar as well as his sister June Spaulding, and his sister Susan Paulson. He worked at Salt River Recreation for 14 years and in Aggregate Mining for 31 years the last 25 years at Vulcan Materials. Bob was Christ centered and conservative. He preferred solitude over people, but was loved by those that knew him. He lived in Mesa, Arizona 45 years but was still a country boy at heart. When Bob wasn’t spending time with his family in Mesa he preferred to be in Northern Arizona in the cool Pines where there was an abundance of wildlife. There will be a Celebration of Life with immediate family in New Richmond, Wisconsin and a Celebration of Life with family and friends in Mesa, Arizona.
