He is survived by his parents James and Diana Bamper, fiancé Jessica L. Boettger, sister, Christine Bamper, brothers James "Jimmy" Bamper and Nicholas "Nick" Bamper and his beautiful bonus daughter Madison Lister. He was preceeded in death by his sister Elizabeth.
Russell loved gaming and music. He played the Bass Guitar and grew up listening to Hard Rock music with a liking for Ozzy.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017, 11:00 am, at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 6747 East Broadway Road, Mesa, AZ 85206
