Socorro Sotelo Montez passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 95. She was born in Saric, Mexico on May 5, 1930, to parents Jose Sotelo and Beatrice Soria. She was a resident of Mesa, Arizona.
A Visitation and Rosary service will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 2pm-5pm at Advantage Melcher Roses in Mesa, Arizona.
Funeral mass will occur the following day, Friday, March 20, 2026, from 10am-11am at Queen of Peace Catholic Church located in Mesa, Arizona.
Following mass will be a celebration of life reception at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 2056 N Extension Road Scottsdale, Arizona 85256.
Socorro's urn will be laid to rest at a date to later be determined.
