During the early part of his life, he built three beautiful homes in Golden, Colorado and his family was blessed to create family memories in each of these houses.
BC moved his family to Wiggins, Colorado in 1971 to begin a rural lifestyle of farming and raising cattle. Enjoying the rural life and with a strong desire to start his own construction company, BC and his family moved to Bennett, Colorado in 1974 where they built a family ranch home on 20 acres. This is where he started his lifelong career and love of building custom homes and established the family business of BC Builders. In later years, he and his bride worked side by side in this family construction business and after 40 years, they retired to Queen Creek Arizona.
BC enjoyed all of his grand children and great grand children. In addition some of his favorite activities were snowmobiling, raising his horses and hunting/fishing in the great Colorado Rockies. The last year he went Elk hunting was in 2007 with Jimmy, Brandon and Bradley. They were very blessed to bring home two bull Elks during that trip. One of his fondest memories was the Elk tooth given to him that Christmas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in BC's name to Hospice of the Valley, 2020 East Woodside Court, Gilbert, Arizona 85297.
