Hector Diaz Sr, age 91 passed away May 29, 2015 at the Town East Nursing and Rehab in Mesquite. Mr. Diaz was born in Salinas Victoria Mexico on April 26, 1924 to the late Emeterio Diaz and Pilar Trevino.He was one of four children and spent his early years in Mexico. Hector was a truck driver by trade and he traveled all over Mexico. He loved fixing things and was very handy with almost any home or auto repair. He was a man of great character, a great husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed. Survived by his wife Maria Luisa Diaz; son Hector Diaz Jr. and wife Brenda Diaz; granddaughters Denica Diaz and Ashley Nicole Diaz; as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
