Jimmy Edward Sealy

Jimmy Edward Sealy, 76, of Dallas, Texas passed away on February 20, 2022. He was the eldest child of Jimmie Russell Sealy and Bessie Lee Gibson. He was the loving father of three children and their spouses; and grandfather of seven whom he adored.

He was married to the love of his life, Brenda Joyce Pugh, for 56 wonderful years.

He is survived by his sister and her husband – Carolyn and Michael Holden; His three children and their spouses - Tracy and Jodi Sealy, Chris and Linda Sealy, and Sheri and Shannon Hemric. and his seven grandchildren - Kory, Megan and Zoe Sealy; Hayden and Regan Sealy; and Madelyn Huckaby and Mason Hemric.

He was a graduate of Amberton University and Mesquite High School. He loved the sport of soccer, especially coaching, which he did for many years after his children ceased playing. He was an avid fan of reading and puzzles; and became a big fan of travel late in life.

He will be missed immensely.

A graveside service for Jimmy will be held Monday, February 28, 2022 from 11:00 AM at Long Creek Cemetery, 504 Long Creek Road, Sunnyvale, TX 75182.

A memorial will be held for Jimmy on February 28th at 1:00pm at Chris and Linda Sealy’s house at 2205 Compton Drive, Plano, TX 75025.
