He is survived by his loving wife of many years, Pilar, three children: Susanne Rangel, Melissa Entwistle (Michael) and Stephen Harper. Seven grandchildren: Brenden Harper, Matthew Assis, Kenneth Rigdon, Makayla Entwistle, Tristen, Beau and Rachael Harper. Sisters: Cheryl Otis and Denise Brown, Brothers: Charles and Robert Broom. In his memory, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society and American Lung Association.
