Stephanie Michelle Zotz

Stephanie Michelle "Mickey" Zotz, age 64, of Mesquite, Texas passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022 in Sunnyvale, Texas. She was born July 18, 1957 in El Paso, Texas to Agnes Waldene Britton Peters and Wallace Barnard Peters. Mickey was raised in Mesquite, Texas and graduated from North Mesquite High School in 1974. She married Stephen Zotz in 1992 and the couple had 2 children.

She was a Land Title Manager at US Title and other companies where she worked for more than 30 years. In her spare time Mickey enjoyed crocheting, reading, going to the movies and bowling. She was an avid bowler and this is how she met her husband Stephen. She loved spending time with her family and always had a big welcoming smile for everyone and greeted them as friends, whether she knew them or not. Her family and friends will always remember her as a fun person to be around. She was a force to be reckoned with, playing chicken foot, Uno or SkipBo! She just enjoyed life to the fullest.

Mickey is preceded in death by her parents, Agnes and Wallace Peters; brother, Sheldon Mark Peters; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Greta and Jeff Spearey. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Zotz; sons, Matthew Peters and Stephen Andrew Zotz and brother, Stephen Michael Peters.
