Expressing deepest appreciation for the US Army Service of William A. Esquivel for our nation and his community. Prayers are ascending to heaven for comfort for his family and friends in their loss. My sincere condolences to my cousin, JoAnn, and her family. William was a great guy and always had a big smile on his face. He was always there to support others in their time of need. Even during the times when he was struggling with his own health issues, he would always be there for others with JoAnn by his side. He showed amazing strength during his struggles. I hope his family can find peace and comfort in all the wonderful memories and just know that he is at peace now with the Lord. Love to all the family.

So sorry to hear of the loss.  Willie was always one of the crowd favorites @ Entech.    A hard worker, good communicator and a great all around guy.

It's very sad to hear of Willie's passing, and I know JoAnn’s and his family’s hearts must be breaking. I started working for Willie at Smith Alarm Systems in 1978, as a commercial installation technician. I have him to thank for seeing my dedication and determination in that job, and promoting me to a supervisor role, and subsequent manager position within my first couple of years. Willie got me involved in the game of darts and accepted me into the unofficial Smith Alarm Dart Club, where we competed at local pubs around Dallas. He talked me into convincing the then president of Smith Alarm Systems, George Smith III, to sponsor a company softball team, which was ultimately a successful endeavor. I ended up managing the team for three years before leaving Smith Alarm Systems to co-own my own alarm company, which again was in many ways a venture encouraged by Willie. So many great memories of this guy, and the one that probably sticks in my mind more than anything else; almost every morning at the shop, Willie was trying to get all of the technicians out of the shop and on the way to their respective job sites, and he’s yell out “Let’s go, let’s go, let’s go, one bomb will get us all!”  Great guy!

To the Esquivel family, I share your loss of William. Even though I am not a biological family member, your family always made me feel welcome, and an honorary addition.
I met William,"Willie", when I was just 18 years old, and just moved to Texas  Willie always made me feel welcome, at Smith Alarm Systems. Worked with his brothers Luz, and Paul.
Many times we were all together in Willie's  backyard for bbq's and horseshoes. Good times. One of my favorite memories,  was when Smith admin asked to make a copy of my driver's license. "What, I don't have one"! Willie had to take me for my driver exam, after driving a company truck for nine months without. We had a good laugh about that. 🤣
I could fill many pages about William. I deeply hope hearts will heal, but memories last forever.

William has made a difference in so many lives.  We are so grateful to have been a part of his family.  He was an inspiration to all of us and had a most loving heart.  We hope that your happy memories of William will bring you peace and comfort.  Our sincere condolences to your family.
