Andrew James Ragan, Sr., age 61, entered into rest on Monday, November 14, 2011. Mr. Ragan was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Metairie, LA. Beloved father of Terri Cash, Kevin Fernandez, Patricia Ragan and Andy Ragan, Jr. Son of the late Amos Joseph Ragan, Sr. and Marie Louise Craig Ragan. Brother of Allan M. Ragan, Patricia Maldo, Deborah Cannaliato, Thomas Bittel and the late Amos Joseph Ragan, Jr. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Friday evening, November 18, 2011 beginning at 5:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
