Beloved wife of the late August Michell.

Loving mother of Roland Michel, Brenda M. Sass, John Michel and Marian M. Delpino.

Mother-in-law of Linda Michel, Richard Sass and Eric Delpino.

Devoted grandmother of Rachel, Michael, Ryan and Brent.

Proud great-grandmother of Joshua, Michael “Mikey” Jr., Devin and Marissa.

Daughter of the late Anita Plaisance and Albert Este.

Mrs. Michell was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters and is survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends and will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Aged 85 years, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Kenner, Louisiana for the past 34 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, Louisiana on Thursday afternoon January 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.

Interment will be private.

Friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. until time of services.
