Anna Marshall Bienvenu, age 95, left us to join her family in Heaven on Monday, July 20, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Eugene A. Bienvenu. Mother of Jean Ann Wursteisen, Jeanne Marie Brupbacher and Joanie Bourgeois (Dale). Sister of the late Joseph, John, Jerry, Thomas and Rosemary Marshall, Pauline Pertuit, Gladys Ruffino and George Winters. Daughter of the late George and Katherine Winters Marshall. Sister-in-law of Dottie Marshall. Good friend of the late Bootsie Batt. Grandmother of Phyllis (Gina), Michael (Lisa) and Steven (Kelly) Wursteisen, Wendi Kessling (Steve), Staci Couret (Brad), Ellen Daugherty (Scott), Linda Burleigh (Larry), Karen Stauffer (Tim), Roy (Jena) and Mark (Beth) Brupbacher , Rocky Hart (Becky), Neal Bourgeois and the late Elisa Hart. Also loved by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Mrs. Bienvenu’s family would like to extend a special thank you for the loving relationship of the nieces, nephews, the Ruffino, Romair, Pertuit and Marshall families. A special thanks for the loving care given to Mimi by Phyllis and Gina in her last months and to the Ruffino girls for adopting her as their own. Mrs. Bienvenu was a charter parishioner of St. Christopher Church. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Friday evening, July 24, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday morning, July 25, 2015 at St. Christopher Church, 309 Manson Avenue in Metairie, LA beginning at 9:30 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 AM.
