Also survived by 3 grandchildren, Michael J. Thompson, Jr. (Lindsay), Jennifer T. Doxey (Chris), Matthew J. Thompson (Mary), and 4 great grandchildren, Abrams, Oren and Henrietta Doxey and Charles Thompson. Adopted grandmother and great grandmother of generations of neighborhood children who affectionately called her “Miss Aud” and visited often.

Relatives and friends of the family, also members of AARP Chapter # 725 are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp Funeral Home, 1600 N. Causeway Blvd. at 43rd Street on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 11:00 AM, followed by Interment in St. Vincent Cemetery, Soniat Steet.
