Brenda Ann Capo, age 67, went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, August 7, 2021. Beloved daughter of the late Anthony Joseph Capo and Ann Sciambra Capo. She is survived by many relatives and friends and by her beloved dogs; Digger, DJ, Harley, Muffin, Oreo and Bella. Brenda was a retired Psychiatric Social Worker and was a former personal trainer for Elmwood Fitness Center. She received her Master’s Degree from Tulane University where she graduated Cum Laude with honors. Brenda had a wonderful sense of humor. She was a very giving, friendly person who never met a stranger. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial gathering at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Saturday, August 21, 2021 beginning at 1:00 PM with a memorial service to follow at 3:00 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the animal rescue group of your choice.
