Carol Ann Landry, age 79, died Saturday, September 17, 2011. She was born on August 8, 1932 in New Orleans, raised in New Orleans and resided in Jefferson, LA for many years. Survivors include brother, Richard E. Bourgeois; sons, Carrol W. (Buster) & Patsylee T. Landry, Robert E. (Bob) and Melisa H. Landry, Sr.; daughter, Dianne M. Landry; 8 grandchildren, Sheere A. Munoz (fiancé, Raymond J. Brown), Daniel R. Munoz, Jr. (fiancée, Christina Giacone), Thomas D. Jones, Abby C. Fussell, Selena L. & Trey Tantillo, Robert E. & Christy Landry, Jr., Ashley N., Ava C. & Ali L. Landry; 7 great grandchildren, Charles W. Brower, III (Trey) , Michael I. Munoz (Mikey), Samuel J. Brown (Sammy), Anna Rae A. Brown, Konner E. Landry , Korben W. Perrin and Baby Tantillo. Daughter of the late Ernest J. and Camilla R. Bourgeois. Mrs. Landry was the founder of the Krewe of Diana since 1969, Million Dollar Club Real Estate Agent for Town and Country Real Estate, was a sales person at TAC Amusement Company and a mutual clerk for Jefferson Downs and Fair Grounds for over 20 years. She was an outstanding mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister, daughter and friend. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Thursday evening, September 22, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Friday morning, September 23, 2011 beginning at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
