Carolyn Hazard passed away peacefully at her home of complications from diabetes on Monday, October 3, 2011. She was 64. Loving wife of John J. Hazard for 47 years. Mother of Johnny and Nick Hazard (Nicole). Grandmother of CeCe, Joie, Izzy, Sonny, Gabby, Patrick and Sophie Hazard. Mrs. Hazard completed her undergraduate degree and her juris doctorate at Loyola University. She was in private practice for 35 years .
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 2:30 pm at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm.
