Catherine Farrell "Kitsy" Combest, age 83, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2013. Beloved wife of the late James T. Combest. Mother of Karen C. Jeffords, Colleen C. Farmer and James Craig Combest. Grandmother of Sean P. Jeffords. Great grandmother of Lauren A. Jeffords, Logan T. Jeffords, Ava Jeffords. Daughter of the late Charles C. Farrell and Ruth Hardy. Sister of the late Marie F. Eagan, Anne F. Merrigan, Charles Farrell, John J. Farrell and Dorothy Farrell. Catherine retired from AAA after 30 years. She was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Metairie. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie on Wednesday October 23, 2013 at 1:00pm.
