Charles Vincent Triola

Charles Vincent Triola, 89, passed peacefully on September 15, 2011. Loving father of Charles Joseph Triola (Karen) and Gary Victor Triola (Jane). Step-father of Wayne Palmer (Kim). He is survived also by two sisters, Josephine Caronia and Marie Triola and four grandchildren: Jenni Margarite Triola , Gary Benjamin Triola, C.J. Triola, Jr. and Barbara Rose Triola. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vito Triola and Lena Lovoy Triola, his first wife, Marguerite Doucet Triola, his second wife, Grace Kimball Triola, his step-daughter, Ruth Palmer Aguilar, three brothers and five sisters. A native of Fordoche, LA and a resident of Metairie for many years, Charles was a WWII Veteran and a retired litho mechanic for the American Can Company. His greatest joys were spending time with his family and working in his garden.

A celebration of his life will be held Monday, September 19, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Garden of Memories,

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Monday, September 19, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
