Mrs. Charlotte Harris Redmond

Charlotte Harris Redmond, age 71, died on Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Joseph (Joe) Redmond, Jr. Loving mother of Joseph E. Redmond, III (wife, Lisa Dietz Redmond). Devoted grandmother of Leland P. Redmond (wife, Brittany Redmond), Grace Louise Redmond and the late Logan Harris Redmond. Great grandmother of Lilly Redmond. Daughter of the late Leland Harris and Charlotte Miles Harris. Also survived by her beloved pets Alex, GiGi and Misty. Mrs. Redmond was a retired teacher at Theodore Roosevelt Middle School, Alfred Bonnabel High School and West Jefferson High School. She was a graduate of St. Martin’s Episcopal School and Newcomb College. Relatives and friends of the friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 beginning at 2:00 PM with a Memorial Mass to follow at 4:00 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s Chapel.
