Danny John Giusti passed away peacefully in his home on Friday, July 3, 2015. He was 55 years old. Loving father of Christopher Todd Giusti, Melinda Grace Giusti, and Caitlin Marie Giusti. Brother of Hilda G. Willis, Deborah G. Scaccia, and Karen G. Carnahan (John). Son of the late Dante and Emelda Giusti. Uncle of Catherine W. Moore, Gina W. Hawkins, Tara C. Gay, Laura S. Tran, Allison R. Scaccia, and Jonathan M. Carnahan. He was blessed with many, many good friends, and was also survived by his best friend Dixie, the wiener dog. Danny was a native of Jefferson Parish, and graduate of Rummel High School. He was a master crawfish boiler, and enjoyed fishing and hunting as well as Jazz Fest and Mardi Gras. Danny’s amazing sense of humor and kind and generous nature will be greatly missed by all. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service from LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Friday Evening, July 10, 2015 at 7:00.
