Delise T. Fenasci

Delise T. Fenasci, age 68, of Metairie, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022, due to heart complications. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a resident of Metairie, Louisiana, Delise is preceded in death by her parents, the late Doris Lemoine Torres and Richard Torres, her loving husband of 39 years Gary G. Fenasci, Sr., and her brother Louis Torres. She is survived by her daughter, Tina McElveen (husband, Mark); two sons, Gary G. Fenasci, Jr. (wife, Angie), and Chris Fenasci; six wonderful grandchildren, Riley, Tyler, Gabrielle, Kayla, Eric, Kaden, and Carter; two nieces, Amanda Weller (husband, Ben) and Alyssa Fenasci; and great-nephew Aaron Weller.

Mrs. Fenasci worked at Gambino’s Bakery and retired from Ochsner Foundation Hospital. She was a parishioner of St. Catherine of Sienna Parish. She was a member of the Golden Ages club and the AARP Chapter at Pontiff Playground. She enjoyed playing with her Bunco Club and Bingo in her spare time. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, Louisiana on Friday, January 6, 2023, at 11:00 am with a Funeral Mass to follow at 1:00 pm.
