Throughout the years he would hold various board member positions within these organizations. Dennis was also a seasoned and enthusiastic 35-year member of the Irish Channel St. Partick’s Day Club. His favorite time of year occurred in early March, when he would celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by strolling with his best friends in the Irish Channel parade. In 2007, he held the honor of Grand Marshal, leading the parade through the streets of Uptown. He had a boundless enthusiasm for life, his family, traveling, and the 19th hole.
